I stayed here for 11 days to celebrate my engagement, and it was a nice experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and offered a comfortable atmosphere. The staff, especially Leena, Mohammed, and Abdul Hadi, were friendly and attentive. The private tour to Petra was well arranged and a highlight of my trip. Enjoying breakfast with excellent service and relaxing by the pool capped off my days perfectly.

The air conditioning in my room was a disaster-totally outdated and way too loud. I couldn't get any relief from the heat, and it just made sleeping unbearable. I felt like I'd made a huge mistake choosing this place.

The private parking was a great convenience, and the refreshing pool was a perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring Amman.

missingWrote a review on 08 Deccomfortable layoutgeneral comfortunreliable amenities
The accommodations felt generally comfortable, with an appealing layout in the rooms.
The air conditioning was a major issue, with complaints about it not cooling adequately, and there were ongoing noises from doors banging throughout the night. Several frustrations arose from room amenities. One stayed flooded with stagnant water in the heater, while had broken lids and lacked basic toiletries like soap and flip-flops. Noise between rooms was a constant annoyance as well.

The friendly staff welcomed us with sweets, and I appreciated the refreshing lemon and mint water. Our room on the 8th floor was clean, spacious, and offered a lovely view. Breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing, enhanced by the calming music. The location near Shmisani made it easy to explore cultural landmarks. I highly recommend this family-friendly hotel!

The staff provided a warm welcome, and the large rooms were impeccablyvery comfy and tidy. Breakfast offered a good variety that fueled our mornings!
The air conditioning system was centralized, limiting control over room temperature. The lobby had a strong odor that was somewhat off-putting upon arrival.

The room provided a spacious and comfortable environment. Clean amenities. Service from the staff shone through, especially with a warm welcome that set a positive tone right away. The centralized air conditioning left us feeling somewhat warm at times was good. The dinner options lacked variety, which limited our choices during meals. Despite these issues, the refreshing pool area was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day exploring Amman.

Really good Service and Spacious Rooms
Especially Waad in the restaurant and Mr Dyaa at the reception, provided great service. Our family enjoyed the large, clean rooms and appreciated the hotel's perfect location for exploring Amman, but the dinner options could use more variety.
